LA Climate Week Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony of LA Climate Week 2025 marks the official launch of a pivotal week of programming dedicated to advancing climate resilience, equity, and innovation in Los Angeles and beyond.
We are thrilled host the event at the beautiful art exhibition space at Sky Portal X, founded by architect Gregg Fleishman.
Hosted by the Collidescope Foundation, the creators of LA Climate Week, this evening will convene a curated group of leaders, creatives, policymakers, and partners who are shaping the future of climate action in the region. Against the backdrop of recent wildfires and in anticipation of major global events—including the FIFA World Cup (2026), Super Bowl LXI (2027), and the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games—Los Angeles is entering a critical decade. The choices we make today will determine how we meet this moment with strength, unity, and sustainability.
Rooted in the theme “Future-Proofing & Resilience,” the program will highlight community-driven solutions, creative leadership, and bold strategies for climate readiness—celebrating the power of collaboration across sectors.
