Aaron Lancaster is the Senior Manager of Partner Development at AuditBoard, where he built the program from the ground up leveraging his extensive expertise in internal audit, risk, controls, compliance, and business process improvement. With over 15 years of experience, primarily in the financial services sector, Aaron has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities organizations face in these areas and is passionate about embracing technology in new ways to address the challenges of today and tomorrow.
Aaron’s career began with JPMorganChase & Co. during the height of the financial crisis, where he focused on capital risk management (Basel II) and mortgage banking. His professional journey continued within the EY Financial Services practice, and most recently, at Robinhood Financial during the “meme stock” market events.
Outside of “nerding out” on all things audit, risk and compliance, Aaron has a multitude of other thrilling passions including his weekly beach bocce league, cooking, darts and his beloved Cleveland Browns football team.
