Meet Our Speakers:

Brandon Johnson

Brandon joined BCG's Media Practice as a Senior Analyst in December 2022. In his time there he's supported work in the TV/Video industries, Advertising, Private Equity, and has become the lead analyst in Sports. Prior to joining BCG, Brandon worked at Warner Bros. Discovery as an analyst on the Turner Sports Research and Insights team, where he was able to hone skills in TV/Media analytics, support ad sales RFPs with market and internal insights, and also assist with programming, budgeting and strategic planning initiatives.

Before making the jump to analytics, Brandon was an athlete, playing four years of college basketball (two at Boston University, two at Babson College) plus a year professionally in England. He also worked for two athlete representation firms – creating video content used to help place clients with professional teams in Europe at one agency and an internship working for a prominent NBA agent in college.

Chelsea Suitos

Chelsea currently leads Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Temu, following leadership roles at TikTok, Instagram, and Nike. She specializes in building businesses from 0-1, with a focus on women's sports strategy, emerging technologies, and social commerce.

A former Division I and National Team athlete, Chelsea represented the Philippines National Team at the World Championships, Asian Games, and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Qualifiers, and was a 4-year starter for the University of Arizona softball team. She served as Pac-12 Student-Athlete Representative to the NCAA and President of Arizona's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, championing initiatives to elevate the athlete experience. Chelsea holds dual degrees in Family Studies & Human Development and Retail Consumer Sciences, fueling her passion for understanding people to better serve them.

Gia Trevisan

An Olympic track and field athlete, Gia competed for UC Berkeley and the University of Arizona before pursuing an 8-year career at the professional level. She represented Italy in three World Championships and competed in the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Currently serving as an Athlete Fellow at LA28 in the Sport Competition Planning department, Gia focuses on delivery of the field of play and coordinating athlete logistics between the village, warm-up areas, and competition venues.

Looking ahead, Gia aims to bridge gaps that help athletes advance their careers both on and off the field. She is passionate about working in partnerships + sports marketing to help advance the athlete image. A big career goal for Gia is working on founding a nonprofit with her husband to provide athletes with travel and medical grants, among other resources.
