​Please join Mayor Johnson, State Representatives, City Council Members, Lamar Johnson Collaborative leadership, and the 548 Development team to celebrate the beginning of Chicago's biggest example of Passive Housing Design. The 750 N. Avers West Humboldt Park project is a cornerstone of Mayor Johnson's Build Better Together initiative.  

​Background:
The West Humboldt Park project, designed by LJC and developed by 548 Development, will feature a fifty-unit affordable housing complex and commercial space, strengthening the local economy and addressing critical food and housing needs.
