​Sacred Sensuality PlayShops are immersive, body-based experiences designed to help you reconnect with your sensuality, explore self-love as an embodied practice, and reclaim pleasure as your birthright.

​In this session, we journey into Healing the Inner Child with Heart Awakening & Radical Love Practices, an experience that will:

• ​💖 Activate the heart space and unlock deep self-love through breath, sound, and movement.

• ​💖 Rewire your nervous system to receive love instead of self-judgment.

• ​💖 Release tension and stagnation in the heart and chest.

• ​💖 Experience breast massage as a sacred practice of self-care, embodied pleasure, and heart healing.

​Note: You have the option to do skin to skin contact for your breast massage practice if you desire. And you can still benefit from this practice on top of clothing such as a sports bra or light tank top.

With a background in somatic integrative therapy, tantric intimacy, and embodiment practices, she weaves ancient wisdom with modern transformation, creating spaces where women can shed societal conditioning and step into their fullest expression.
