Case Study: Managing Emissions in Practice
As companies are wrestling with the challenge of how to report their Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, accurate measurement of transportation emissions presents a real dilemma. In this session, we will look at the business case for Cyclum and its proposed model for transportation-related emissions. Using this case study, students will learn the importance of tracking emissions for truck fleets, logistics companies, and originators and how innovations in tracking and reducing carbon footprints within a larger business model can drive strategic impact. This 30-minute interactive session will give students a chance to dive into a real-world scenario of emissions measurement.
