About Event

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming industries, economies, and societies across the globe. As AI technology rapidly evolves, international collaboration has become increasingly essential to ensure equitable access, diverse innovation, and sustainable growth. In Indonesia, the Artificial Intelligence Institute for Progress (AIIP), a joint initiative by the Pijar Foundation and Alpha JWC Ventures, serves as a catalyst for accelerating AI adoption and development through multi-stakeholder partnerships.

Recognizing that no single country or entity holds all the solutions, AIIP believes that cross-border collaboration is key to unlocking the full potential of AI. In this context, virtual panel discussions involving multiple countries play a critical role as a platform for open dialogue, knowledge exchange, and strategic alignment.

Speakers:

* Ray Djajadinata (Program Director, AIIP)

These discussions enable stakeholders from different regions to share best practices, address common challenges, and explore joint solutions, bridging not only geographical divides but also gaps in capability, infrastructure, and policy. By fostering these conversations, we lay the groundwork for more inclusive and globally informed AI ecosystems, where each country can engage meaningfully, contribute actively, and benefit fully.

Objectives of the Virtual Panel Discussion

  1. Facilitate Global Knowledge Exchange and Best Practice Sharing
To provide a platform where stakeholders from diverse regions can openly share insights, successful strategies, and lessons learned in AI development and adoption.

  2. Identify Collaborative Opportunities to Address Shared Challenges
To explore joint solutions for common issues such as talent gaps, ethical standards, infrastructure limitations, and policy fragmentation, fostering cross-border synergy in AI advancement.

  3. Promote Inclusive and Sustainable AI Ecosystem Building
To encourage meaningful participation from all countries, especially emerging economies, in shaping globally responsible, equitable, and future-ready AI ecosystems.
