Workshop: Exploring Your Asian American Identity: As a child
Who are you? What was your upbringing like as a child? How does that inform who you are and how you show up today as an adult? What comes up for your "inner child" as an Asian American adult today — to your parents and also to your wider community as you manage your "inner voice" stemming from your upbringing?
~
Daily, this week (Apr. 28-May 2), around the same time, each day we'll be exploring your identity stemming from your childhood (Mon), socially with your friends (Tue), professionally at your workplace (Wed), with your partner (Thu), and/or with your in-laws (Fri):
Monday - Asian American as a child
Tuesday - Asian American as a friend
Wednesday - Asian American as a professional
Thursday - Asian American as a partner
Friday - Asian American with in-laws
This is a virtual, "closed," "capped," confidential workshop that explores reemerging identity topics among Asian Americans. 50 min. More information (e.g. virtual link) to follow upon registration. Please email estherjung.therapist@gmail.com with questions.
I look forward to meeting and getting to know you all and hearing your story. Thank you for stepping forward into this work with your fellow Asian community.
