About Event

Join Alice and Saadiya in this Masterclass to learn how you can best support your disabled employees. We will be looking at workplace policies and reasonable adjustment requests that can support employees, and sharing an understanding into the mindset and mental health challenges of working with a disability.

With a combined experience of 20 years in the corporate world, Alice and Saadiya bring their lived experience and a deep-rooted understanding of the realities and expectations that come with working with a disability. From unclear workplace policies and not having the right support, to juggling health and deadlines while feeling guilt or shame - we've experienced it all!

This educational and honest Lunch session will give you the insight to better understand your staff, and recognise the different ways you can support them too.
