Naoko is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with two decades of experience in tech investment, cross-border business development, and strategic partnership management. She is the founder and managing partner of NIREMIA Collective, an early-stage venture capital focusing on wellbeing technology. She is also the CEO of Amber Bridge Partners, a cross-border business advisory firm focusing on the US, Japan, and APAC.
Throughout her career, Naoko has distinguished herself as a senior-level business development and product management executive. She has a proven track record of building and nurturing a portfolio of new businesses within the Silicon Valley-APAC corporate setting, managing large multifunctional teams across multiple countries, and driving revenue growth.
