About Event

An evening of honest stories, product demoes & new connections

We’re piloting a new format of Meet to Build — designed to bring aspiring and early-stage builders, creatives, and entrepreneurs together to share what they’re working on right now.

Instead of polished keynotes or startup pitches, this event puts the spotlight on real stories from the messy middlethe small wins, honest struggles, and creative sparks that define the journey of building and creating something of your own.

This edition will mainly highlight under the radar stories of early-stage builders in Tech:

  • Ayesha — Founder of Kinu Health, developing an end-to-end digital health companion for autoimmune patients with initial focus on Hashimotos. She’s on a mission to help people navigate the complexity of lifelong illnesses and live healthier lives.

  • Folger — 16 years of tech leadership in the startup ecosystem and CTO / co-founder of Juice, an AI-powered operating system for personal trainers that blends workout tracking, client analytics, and automation.

  • Sanjana — Product designer, writer and comic artist building Sample Size, a tool that automates research call scheduling for B2B product teams — helping product managers and designers conduct user research faster, easier, and more consistently.

Whether you're working on your own thing or just curious to hear what others are creating in Berlin, you're warmly invited!

🎯 What to Expect

🍷 Drinks can be purchased at the venue — both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options are available at the bar

👀 Who It’s For

This edition of Meet to Build is the first to open up to a broader audience — so whether you're already building something or simply curious about what others are creating, you’re warmly invited.

That said, we still take care in curating the audience to ensure the evening feels inspiring, intimate, and aligned with the purpose of the community. You don’t need to be a “founder” or have something to pitch — all you need is curiosity and a willingness to engage.

This night is especially relevant for anyone who’s:

  • Exploring a side project or early-stage idea

  • Building something solo or with a small team

  • Interested in entrepreneurship, product, design, or creative industry

  • Curious about interesting projects and products being built in Berlin

We also welcome investors, collaborators, and curious minds who want a front-row seat to what’s emerging in the local scene.

🏛️ About the venue partner

This edition is hosted in collaboration with our venue partner, Salon Wellenmaschine — a space dedicated to the arts, tucked away in one of Berlin’s most vibrant and precarious neighborhoods.
Rooted in the tradition of the 17th-century salons — once private, often female-led gatherings for cultural and political dialogue — Salon Wellenmaschine brings this spirit into the 21st century as a physical social network: a meeting point for diverse voices, ideas, and exchange without hierarchy.

🔗 About Meet to Build

Meet to Build is a growing community helping people move from wanting to build something — a side project, product, or company — to actually doing it. Through curated gatherings and meaningful connections, we create space for honest stories, real momentum, and lasting relationships.

We believe the future of building starts with connection, not isolation.
