Led by embodiment facilitator Karen Skidmore, a somatic and sound practitioner helps leaders grow sustainably through somatic and sound practices, combining business experience with embodiment to foster clarity, regulation, and restoration. Her sessions integrate sound, movement, and breath to promote restoration and insight.

Session Schedule:
10:00am – Arrival & Connection: Coffee, chats, and mingling
10:30am – Ground & Arrive: Guided breathwork and grounding
11:00am – Move & Explore: Free-form movement and energy exploration
12:30pm – Refresh & Reconnect: Light refreshments and reflection
