About Event

🤩 IterateUX is excited to have Ayesha Umme-Jihad share how to use journey mapping to understand how people go through an experience from end to end on Thursday (June 16th) at 5:30 PM PST.

👏 In this session, you will learn about journey mapping which is a human-centered research method that seeks to understand how people go through an experience from end to end. This method allows designers to better understand their users' actions, touch points, thoughts, feelings, pain points, as well as recommended solutions - whether through a product, service, or process. This event will teach you how to conduct journey mapping in an evidence-based and strategic way.
