Guided "Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Experience" – Syncing your breath with powerful music that follows the elements to tap into your inner calm and wisdom while releasing emotions and restoring balance.
Somatic Movement – bringing awareness to your body through conscious movement to help release stuck emotions, ground yourself in the present moment, and prepare your body to go deeper into the breathwork and meditation.
Soothing Meditation – Connecting deeply with yourself and cultivating self-love, gratitude, and inner peace.
Reflection & Connection – Sharing insights in a supportive, like-minded community.
