​Hello everyone!

​In this tutoring session we will take 90 minutes to explore some of the foundational theories that shape the work we do—or will do—as counselors. Counseling theories aren’t just abstract ideas; they give us frameworks to understand human behavior, guide our interventions, and help us connect more effectively with the people we serve. Today, we’ll not only look at the key concepts behind these theories, but also discuss how they apply in real-life practice. My goal is to make this interactive, practical, and thought-provoking, so feel free to ask questions, share your thoughts, and engage as much as you can. Let’s dive in and see how theory can come to life in our work.
