โ๐ Relationship Reflections: A Year-End Gathering ๐
โJoin us for an intimate and thought-provoking evening for our last session of the year called "Relationship Reflections."ย
โIt's time to pause, ponder, and pave the way for more ease in your relationships. Weโll answer these 3 prompts as a community:
โ๐ What are 3 things you appreciate? ๐
โTake a moment to acknowledge and express gratitude for the beautiful aspects of your relationships that have added color to your journey this year. Whether it's the unwavering support of a friend, the understanding of a family member, or the camaraderie of a partner - letโs celebrate the positive influences that have shaped your year.
โ๐ฌ 3 Things You'd Like to See Change ๐ฌ
โReflect on the areas where growth and improvement are desired. Is there a communication gap that needs bridging? Perhaps a need for more quality time together? Identify three aspects you'd like to see evolve in your relationships, paving the way for a more fulfilling and harmonious future.
โ๐ Discuss Small Steps to Take ๐
โEngage in open conversations with fellow participants as you brainstorm actionable steps to bring about positive change. Share your insights, learn from others, and collaboratively explore the small yet impactful steps that can better your relationships.
โ๐ Why Attend? ๐
โConnect on a Deeper Level: Forge meaningful connections with like-minded individuals who share your commitment to growth in relationships.
โGain Valuable Insights: Benefit from the collective wisdom of the group as you navigate the intricacies of building and sustaining healthy connections.
โSet the Tone for Next Year: Use this reflective space to set intentions and aspirations for the upcoming year.
โJoin relational dynamics facilitators Kevin and Stephanie as they discuss how they show up for each other in a fluid way. They'll share about the behaviors they felt trapped in, what it was like to shift out of them, and what it was like to be on the receivingย end.
โItโs safe to say that Kevin and Stephanieโs Asian experience has lots of complexity, and while their experience isnโt representative of all Asian cultures, their intention is to create a space to normalize having conversations about these themes.
