  1. The myth of “no sales at PLG” has been busted. Only 2% of PLG companies have no plans to adopt sales on top of PLG.

  2. The first sales hire typically joins at $500K-1M in revenue (76%). Most first sales hire at PLG companies are typically either a Head of Sales or VP of Sales (30%) or Account Executive (30%).

  3. PLG companies still measure MQLs. 35% of PLG companies measure PQL and MQL in separate scores, while 16% leverage a blended score.
