Our ambitious cohort meets every 3 weeks to track performance and key results, and stay on track for raises and promotions. Members work in high performance roles in tech and tech-adjacent industries. Strategize your job outside of your job to achieve work-life harmony.
During orientation we will review our strategy for performance management and peer accountability, and the successes of cohort members who have received raises and promotions.
Performance Tracker
Our cohort tracks Performance, specifically recording 1-3 metrics or milestone achievements each month to stay on top of how they add value at work, and stay accountable to making sure their value is seen at work
We measure performance outside of work with like-minded professionals to get new perspective and strategies to achieve raises and promotions
We also track performance to develop Resumes and Annual Reviews throughout the year, versus trying to record important metrics after the fact
