​​​Our ambitious cohort meets every 3 weeks to track performance and key results, and stay on track for raises and promotions. Members work in high performance roles in tech and tech-adjacent industries. Strategize your job outside of your job to achieve work-life harmony.

​During orientation we will review our strategy for performance management and peer accountability, and the successes of cohort members who have received raises and promotions.

​Performance Tracker

• ​​Our cohort tracks Performance, specifically recording 1-3 metrics or milestone achievements each month to stay on top of how they add value at work, and stay accountable to making sure their value is seen at work

• ​​We measure performance outside of work with like-minded professionals to get new perspective and strategies to achieve raises and promotions

• ​​We also track performance to develop Resumes and Annual Reviews throughout the year, versus trying to record important metrics after the fact
