Love Thyself / Cultivating Compassion
To begin this gathering, we dive into how we filter our personal reality through the condition of our mind and heart as well as consider how our actions reflect who we are in others. In meditation we track our inner voice and meet ourselves with grace, expanding our capacity to hold all of our parts in order to appreciate the light and the dark.
Consider who you are and are becoming. Loving yourself more creates more love to go around! The creative project will be utilizing a MULTI-FIGURE OUTLINE art print to adorn with meaningful aspects of ourselves: Embrace areas where we might need more focus and uphold those we should display more proudly.
