ELEMENTAL FEMME - Yoga x Art Series
In this three part yoga series, Elemental Femme, Liana Kachakhmadze will guide you through three different yoga sessions, each based on different parts of the exhibition Life On Earth, currently on show at West Den Haag in the former U.S. embassy. With its focus on ecofeminism, the Life On Earth exhibition taps into themes like embodied femininity, empowerment, breathing and resilience. These are expressed and worked with in Liana’s yoga sessions too. The sessions, taking place at the Open Pavilion, will be combined with an interactive visit to the exhibition and the relevant artworks in the embassy.

Join the Open Pavilion for Liquid Bodies - the first ritual in the Elemental Femme series, where yoga meets contemporary art and feminine flow. This sensual, fluid Vinyasa Flow practice is inspired by hydrofeminism and the movement of water through our emotions, curves, and inner worlds. We'll explore body image healing, sensual flow, and softness through poetic vinyasa, water ritual, and shared reflection.
Expect floral water blessings, silk scarves in motion, and soul-stirring while watching mind-blowing water media art.

In the second gathering of the Elemental Femme series, we move with Rooted Rebels - a grounding yoga ritual exploring resistance, connection, and the body as land. You'll be guided through earthy YIN & YANG Yoga, balancing breath, forest meditation, and tree hugging rituals to awaken deep inner stability and ancestral remembrance.
Get inspired by how the ecofeminist movement promoted land protection, ancestral wisdom, and the whisper of the forest.
Bring your yoga mat, a small natural offering (leaf, stone, flower), and your bare feet.

This is not just a regular yoga class. This is a whole new rising.
We close the Elemental Femme series with Circles of Fire - a fiery and empowering BUTI yoga practice invoking sisterhood, feminine rage, and tribal voices. Through a candle ritual, hip shakes, and truth-telling, we remember the power of female gatherings - from midwives to protestors, witches to wisdom-keepers.
