An introduction to identifying the need

​Changing a culture is not ‘a rigid plan’. It is a refined learning path where each decision and each action matters. The most important thing, therefore, is to become a learning organisation. We have learnt that not one company is the same and there is no one plan for all companies. 
During this introduction session we explore how as an organisation we can align our vision and identify the first step.
