About Event

Whether you’re interviewing for summer internships or post-grad opportunities, don’t miss this chance to get the inside scoop on acing your interview! Emily Hirsekorn, career confidence coach, is back to lead this interactive workshop. She’ll share what she’s learned through years of coaching women lawyers and law students for their job interviews and help you get interview ready.

More About Emily:

Emily is a career confidence coach helping lawyers navigate their careers, develop as conscious leaders, and integrate work and life for faster success and greater fulfilment. She’s on a mission to help early career lawyers in particular manage the overwhelming transition from school to practice, prevent burnout, and maintain their sense of personal identity over time. To that end, she runs her signature group program The Career Confidence Club throughout the year to help women lawyers in their first four years of practice build self-confidence, manage working relationships, establish work-life boundaries, and prioritize self-care. After practicing law, Emily worked in law career development for six years, where she coached and advised lawyers and law students in career clarity, transitions, confidence, and interviewing. She completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching’s (iPEC) extensive coach training program, is certified to administer iPEC’s Energy Leadership Index assessment, and volunteers her time on the Institute for Well-Being in Law’s Programming Committee. Emily is also one of Coaching Advocates’ 12 international lawyer coaches helping law firms and companies modernize the work environment through team coaching.
