Meet your speakers:
Morgan Bailey, Enterprise Internship Program Manager at Target
Morgan Bailey is Target’s Enterprise Internship Program Manager. She is responsible for planning and executing Target's enterprise program for over 700 interns, inclusive of headquarters, stores, and supply chain interns. Morgan joined Target in June 2010 as an Executive Team Leader in Stores and then moved into Talent Acquisition as Lead Executive Recruiter for our campus profiles. Morgan received her bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato. In her free time, you can find Morgan spending time with her family, husband Kohl, daughter Kora (6), son Kade (4) and twin sons Blake and Briggs (6M).
Ashley Kolman, Sr. Campus Recruiter at Target
My name is Ashley and I am a Sr. Recruiter focused on hiring interns and full-time employees for the Tech team at Target. I started my Target career in 2021 and it’s been such a great place to work. I’ve been in the recruitment space for over 10 years, with a focus of campus recruitment the last few years. I completed my undergrad at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and my masters at Hamline University. Outside of work, I love traveling, exercising, exploring new restaurants around the Twin Cities, and spending time with my daughter Olivia (18 months), husband, friends, and our puppy Riley.
