Weekly Integration Circle

​Every Tuesday evening, Nushama offers a Group Integration Circle to support members with their integration process.

​Integration Circles are a space to further understand, deepen, emotionally process, and embody insights + learnings from the treatment protocol.

​Each Circle features various modalities, including guided meditation, breathing exercises, somatic practices, and space to authentically share with others, while connecting in a closed container.

​Please arrive by 6:15pm.

​Wear comfortable clothing + bring a water bottle if you'd like.
