​O čem webinář bude? 

​We see that despite having to report on board parity we are still not there. As per the report from EWOB this year focused on Diversity on European Boards - 'There remain significant disparities between European countries. Nine member states have failed to take any action (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Malta, and Slovakia); hence they are lagging far behind with an average of only 19% of women on boards'. So how can we change this?

​What advice/help/preparation are women getting to prepare for potential board roles. Each board should be focused on making sure that any new terms are being filled by the right people for the role but also whether they have the right succession in place. I would like to share the advice given to women globally and what can be done to ensure that parity is achieved.
