We are excited to announce Inside McKinsey, an exclusive event hosted by Leland coaches Ben L. and Sandeep P., two experienced consultants who will share their insights about the consulting recruitment process and life at one of the world's top consulting firms.

​Ben L., a former McKinsey consultant, has coached over 40 individuals for management consulting roles and led Midwest recruiting efforts. His background includes an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, public policy work at the Chicago Mayor's Office, and advisory roles for startups. He holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology & Economics.

Sandeep P., also a former McKinsey Consultant, has successfully coached over 10 candidates into consulting roles and is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Yale and is currently pursuing an MBA at INSEAD.

​During the event, Ben and Sandeep will discuss what motivates individuals to pursue a career at McKinsey, share the factors that contributed to their successful applications, and offer insights into the preparation required.

They will then provide a realistic perspective on life at McKinsey and explore various career paths post-McKinsey.
