Now that Flint is officially two years old, let's reflect on what have been the best practices and insights from successful pilot programs. In this session, we'll discuss what goals a pilot should have, what structure we suggest, and what signs to look for during the pilot to see if Flint is the right fit for your school. 🏫 🎯
