About Event
The Class is a music and movement-based workout, with a mix of mat-based stretching, cardio, and breathwork.
This session is dedicated to creating sacred spaces for BIPOC students to practice @theclass together in person & in community. You'll sweat and feel both held and moved, and modifications are more than fine for any movement that's too difficult.
You'll purchase for the 7/11 4pm 'The Class for BIPOC Community' with instructor Aimee Cox, and tickets will be available 1 week before the class date.
