Module 2 - Building your Strategic Plan to Thrive
If you don't have a plan, you are planning to fail. This module is crucial for every business owner. Learn how to build a working strategic plan to drive clarity of direction and accountability for achieving your goals. It will be your roadmap for success.
Module 3 - Filling your appointments through high impact marketing
Learn how leading marketers in aesthetics are adapting to the new regulatory landscape and are attracting new patients to their clinics. In this session you will learn practical skills to gain cut-through in an increasingly complex and competitive aesthetics market. You will hear first hand from leading markets on the tools they use and the channels they focus on, along with guidance on how to work with Marketing specialists to maximise the value of their support.
Module 4 - Advanced Treatment Planning and Consultative Mastery
The difference between the good clinics and the great lies in the consultative skill of the team. Learn how to develop a consultative system to drive consistency in your teams treatment planning to drive client frequency, spend and retention.
Module 5 - Prescribing Skincare
Learn how to add tens of thousands to your profitability through the art of skincare prescription. This module will take you through the system of selling skincare.
Module 6 - Group Workshop - Test and Refine your Consultative System
Have the opportunity to ask Suzie and her team questions specific to your business, in a protected and collaborative environment. Suzie will offer not only her expert guidance, but any templates or material you need to fast track your success. This session will be run in smaller groups, to give you more time to engage with Suzie and her team.
Module 7 - Developing a high performing team
Now you understand your staff metrics, learn how to develop them into true high performers, with above benchmark productivity and utilisation. Develop KPIs for all positions in your organisation and achieve the holy grail - value aligned productivity.
Clinical Training Day & Dinner - Sydney
An appointed sponsor will be providing a full day of clinical training that will be integrated into the program. The day will finish with a beautiful dinner.
Business Deep Dive - Full-day Strategy Offsite - Sydney
Facilitated by Suzie and other special guests, this is a day to pull it all together and ensure you have your toolkit full to the brim with strategies and systems to drive your business forward. You will walk away from this day with a clear 12 month roadmap that has been tested with your cohort and other leading business coaches.
Eligibility
The cohort size will be roughly 15-20 nurses
The program is for Fresh Members only, and is suited best for those who have had their businesses for 2+ years and are at a certain maturity level.
Other Information
You are more than welcome to bring members of your team to certain sessions where they will benefit too (e.g. Prescribing Skincare). Others will be more suitable just for the clinic owner (e.g. Strategic Planning)
Travel for the Strategy Offsite day or Clinical Training will be covered as part of your course fee.
