A Master Class in Private Equity Secondaries
Private equity secondary transactions, more commonly referred to as secondaries, have seen substantial growth in annual volume over the past several years as the global private equity ecosystem has scaled. Within private equity offerings generally available to the private wealth channel, secondaries are often a core exposure, which makes it critically important for private wealth allocators (financial advisors, portfolio managers, etc.) to deeply understand them.
Please join us at our upcoming live webinar event where we will comprehensively explore the rapidly growing and evolving private equity secondaries opportunity set through a moderated conversation with special guests from leading global private market secondaries manager, Coller Capital.
During the webinar, we will cover:
The evolution of the secondaries opportunity set
Key stakeholders involved in secondaries
Different types of secondaries
The rationale for secondary transactions
