TOPIC

Great software ideas begin with solid understanding. Before a single line of code is written, the most impactful thing we can do is deeply explore the problem space through research. In this session, we’ll focus on uncovering user needs, market opportunities, and potential risks by grounding every discussion in real evidence. Good research is not just a checkbox, it’s the foundation of any successful product and the clearest path to a strong go-to-market strategy. By the end of this workshop, you’ll see how informed discovery helps us build the right product, not just build the product right.

BIO

For the past 15 years, I’ve been driven by an insatiable curiosity to answer one key question: how can we develop digital products and services wisely, quickly, and effectively to achieve market success?

Then, I thought about how I can effectively share that knowledge with others.

I’ve had the opportunity to work in roles such as Head of Product, Product Manager, Head of Growth, and R&D Team Lead. For the past 5 years, I’ve focused on consulting and inspiring others through original product workshops and development programs that support the work of dozens of product teams.
Today, my mission is to inspire others and share knowledge on effective product management, product team leadership, and implementing the product model of working in organizations.

In my work, I observe several recurring challenges:

  • A focus on features instead of real user problems

  • A sales-only approach, without deeper understanding of customer needs

  • Treating IT as a cost center, rather than a value-creation partner

  • A "project-based" mindset instead of a product-driven one when it comes to work and defining success

Thanks to my experience, I help teams:

  • Develop a product mindset through training, development programs, and coaching

  • Implement best practices in product management – especially in product discovery and data-driven decision making

  • Build strategies based on real market needs

  • Create business value by better understanding users, the market, and their own business
