About Event

This event aims to explore anti-racism and equity specifically within the arts and culture sector in Oxford.

It will focus on centering the lived experiences of global majority communities, addressing barriers to inclusion, and discussing how the arts can serve as a powerful tool for amplifying the marginalised voices and driving systemic change.

It will be delivered in the format of a panel event by OCARA that involves arts and culture-based artists and organisations that will be part of this discussion.

This area of focus is relevant for a wider range of audiences that either work in the sector, are interested in the topic or would find it useful to apply learnings within their field of work.
