About Event

Creating space for meaningful work

You’re here because you’re trying to find space to work on what matters most to you.

An impactful idea.

A book which you’ve been dreaming about writing.

A course to share your gifts with other people.

A new project that excites you but you’ve been putting off for a while.

A website that showcases your products or services.

You may have been thinking about it for a while but your day-to-day life hasn’t given you the opportunity to explore and move it forward. You’re busy with other things. There’s always something more urgent to focus on instead. Even when you do get time, you waste it with shallow work.

The weeks pass by and still, you haven’t made any headway on your big idea.

I see you. I’ve been in the same position too. Many times.

A cabin in the woods

Like me, you may dream about a cabin in the woods.

A place far away from the countless distractions of modern life where it’s just you and your important idea. Where you can fully immerse yourself into your work. But that seems unrealistic given your current obligations and everything else that’s going on in your life.

And if you’re honest with yourself, even if you could go to a cabin in the woods, would you be able to do the deep work required to bring your important project to life? Left to your devices, you may find you’ll do anything other than sit down and do the work.

Mindful coworking

We don’t just need time and space to do the work and the people beside us to keep us accountable. To focus deeply on a specific task, you also need to prepare your body, mind and spirit. Just launching into a working session and hoping for the best rarely works.

Mindfulness, movement and intentionality are key.

Introducing the cabin intensive

This is a half-day online event consisting of three mindful online coworking sessions, with meditations, movement, check-ins, reflections, celebrations, and connections. All from the comfort of your own home.

How to prepare

When you sign up to the intensve, I’ll share with you how to set up a distraction-free environment, how to prepare your body, mind and soul as well as how to create states of flow from which you can access deeper levels of focus and creative insight during your working sessions.

You will also be given instructions on how to prepare and make the most out of each of the three sessions and so you can dive into your work as soon as the intensive starts.

What happens during the cabin intensive

On the day of the cabin intensive, we’ll start with a short introduction where all participants present what they are going to work on.

Before each of the three working sessions, we’ll move our bodies and dive into a grounding meditation.

Each session is followed by a 15-minute restorative break to manage our energy levels.

We’ll complete the cabin intensive by reflecting on the working sessions and our time together.
