​Join us for a Crisis Management workshop, the kickoff session in our Skill Development Series, led by the incredible Jennifer Vincent, Head of Communications at Danone Canada. With years of experience navigating crises and high-stakes comms, Jennifer will share her approach to staying grounded and making clear decisions when the pressure’s on.

​Whether you're handling a slip-up at work or managing a full-blown organizational crisis, this session will help you build the tools and confidence to respond with clarity, composure, and impact.

​What to Expect:

​A 30-minute interactive presentation led by Jennifer covering:
— Crisis management fundamentals
— Tools, best practices, and real-life frameworks
— Case studies from the field (the good, the bad, and the “yikes”)

​A 30-minute breakout session:
— You’ll work in small groups to analyze real case studies
— Discuss what went right, what went wrong, and what could’ve been done differently

​A 30-minute group debrief:
— Share insights from your group discussions
— Reflect on what you would’ve done in each scenario
— Walk away with actionable strategies you can bring to your own team or career

​This workshop is designed to be hands-on, thought-provoking, and accessible, whether you’ve managed a crisis before or are just getting familiar with what that even looks like.
