✧ Outdoor Women’s Kickboxing & Dance Workshop + Picnic ✧ Beginner-friendly

​ Join Negin & Paula this Saturday at 11:30am at Poblenou Parc (in the shade) for a beginner-friendly workshop that combines the strength of kickboxing with the creativity of dance. We’ll explore both physical challenge and self-expression in a supportive, safe atmosphere.

​Schedule
• 11:30 – 12:30 Kickboxing with Negin: Learn the foundations, practice your kicks, and build confidence through movement.
• 12:30 – 13:30 Dance with Paula: Connect with your body and express yourself through dancehall- and commercial-inspired moves.
• After class: Coffee at Anís Café (optional, open to anyone who’d like to stay and connect).

​What to bring
Sneakers, water, and comfortable clothing (whatever you feel good moving in). If you have boxing gloves, bring them along too.
