ICML 2025 Meet & Greet - Beach BBQ Edition

​Hello, Friends!

​I’m excited to invite you to our Beach BBQ on Sunday, July 13, to kick off ICML 2025 with fellow researchers, scientists, graduate students, and industry experts.

​We’ll be gathering at English Bay Beach for an evening of BBQ, drinks, and great conversation as the sun sets over Vancouver. It’s a great chance to connect, and get to know other conference attendees before the ICML week ahad.

​📅 Event Details

• ​Date: Sunday, July 13, 2025

• ​Time: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM (sunset + afterglow)

• ​Location: English Bay Beach (grass area next to the Laughing Status)

​🗓️ Agenda

• ​5:30 – 6:00 PM: Welcome & Arrivals

  • ​Arrive any time after 5:30 PM. Grab a drink (non-alcoholic options included) and settle in on the grass.

• ​6:00 – 7:30 PM: BBQ Dinner & Drinks

  • ​Enjoy grilled food and a selection of drinks provided for everyone. There will be plenty of food.

• ​7:30 – 9:00 PM: Networking, Games & Chill

  • ​Connect with other ICML attendees, including graduate students, academic researchers, industry scientists, and experts. There will be boardgames for those interested to play!

• ​Food and drinks will be provided—just bring yourself!

• ​If you can’t find us, message me (I’ll be checking between 5:30–6:00 PM before putting my phone away).
