One of the biggest learnings that Manah had in serving our customers with employee mental wellbeing is that such programs must be seen as an internal initiative by the employees. For this, organizations need to cultivate mental wellbeing champions within. These champions catalyze the change that we desire among the employees on aspects of mental wellbeing.  They are also trained in reaching out to those employees who are emotionally vulnerable and hold conversations with them to help them make right decisions. 
 
·      This training will help strengthen your employee mental wellbeing program. 
·      Manah has already trained over 1,500 mental wellbeing champions among our customer organizations. 
·      The participants will also receive a certificate at the end of this training program.
 
What is covered in the training program?
 
·      An understanding of the mental wellbeing space
·      Demonstrating empathy
·      Holding conversations and listening in a non-judgmental manner to those who are emotionally vulnerable
·      Identifying early signs
·      Referring them to appropriate professional service providers
·      Championing and building advocacy of mental wellbeing among coworkers
