Join us for a movement-focused playdate at Hit House — a Muay Thai-inspired kickboxing studio located in the heart of SoHo. This cardio class blends boxing basics with beat-driven combos. It’s high-energy, beginner-friendly, and a fun way to sweat with the Let's Play NYC community.

About the Class: Learn and improve your punches, kicks, knees and elbows by striking our patented, exclusive heavy bag.
There are no opponents. The only opponent you are fighting is yourself. Don't be intimidated; you'll be guided through class by experienced trainers and only striking Bishop "The Bag" [no bruises, no black eyes].
What is the workout like? Muay Thai Kickboxing is a fast-paced, full-body workout. You will learn proper form, get a cardio and strength workout and feel like a bad*ss.
Meet Our Instructor ➡️ Will is a Brooklyn born and bred pro-fighter that has brought energy to Hit House since November 2023. He loves the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, 1980's horror films, carrot cake and his birthday is the weekend after this class!
