But, when is the right time to incorporate these forms of testing? And how do you fairly evaluate the deliverables?

Loren will discuss this topic and provide an exercise for you to iterate on your own interview process. 

Loren oversees Talent at VC firm M13 (focused on pre-seed through Series A investments), supporting their portfolio companies as they build out their teams. She was previously the Interim Head of People at Toast, Director of Talent Acquisition at Digital Ocean, and Director of Talent Acquisition at Yesware.
