Part 1: Tasting + Sharing 🥢
Think of it like a cookbook club—but reversed. You’ll pick a recipe (we’ll send a curated list from our favorite cookbooks), make a few scallion pancakes at home, and bring them to share. It doesn’t need to be perfect—this is about exploring the range of techniques and styles, side by side. Rooted Eats will provide fun dipping sauces, pairings, and drinks.
Part 2: Live Podcast Recording 🎙️
Sarah will sit down with surprise special guests—icons in the scallion pancake world—for a live interview and Q&A. We’ll dig into its flaky history in the U.S., swap stories and get your questions answered!
