About Event

Join Trecilla Lobo, Ledgy and Techspace for a morning of networking and insights and we celebrate the launch of the playbook, IPO readiness with a People Lens, and discuss these learnings IRL.

The playbook, written by Trecilla Lobo, is a crucial guide for leadership teams as they shape their People strategy and smoothly transition to the public markets.

This event has been designed for People Leaders or Executives (CEO/COO or CFO) responsible for the people in their companies and will have some ownership over the People plan leading up to the IPO.

About the event

Your people are at the heart of this transition. As you prepare for this significant milestone in your company’s journey, we recognise the importance of engaging and retaining your people as you plan and navigate the complexities of going public.

This event will get you to:

  • Gain insights from experienced executives on key aspects of IPO and how to plan and prepare for IPO, with your people in mind.

  • Explore the contents of the playbook and learn how it can support your people (and people leaders), through the transition.

  • Discuss equity and governance relating to Executive Compensation and how to plan and prepare for the changes.

  • Engage in discussions with peers and colleagues to share experiences and best practices.
