Strategies to Stop People-Pleasing and Develop Healthy Boundaries

In this interactive session, you will learn practical strategies to break free from cycles of people-pleasing and reclaim ownership of your time, energy, and needs, rather than doing whatever it takes to avoid conflict and gain approval. Through guided exercises and insightful discussions, you'll discover how to better recognize and honor your wants and needs as well as set clear boundaries to cultivate healthier relationships and enhance your overall well-being. Whether you're navigating professional challenges, personal relationships, or simply seeking greater balance in life, this workshop will provide you with the tools to assertively advocate for yourself and create a life aligned with your values and priorities.
