About Event

Join us as we explore the workings of the nervous system and learn how to cultivate calm & resilience amidst the emotional rollercoaster of startup life.

This masterclass is designed for self-aware founders + VCs who are curious about the inner workings of their mind and body and wants to develop a greater sense of calm and equanimity.

This session will be a high-level introduction to how our nervous system functions and how we can learn to rewire our stress response—reclaiming greater intentionality and more aliveness!

In this session, we will explore:

  • What are the mental and physical barriers that get in the way of calm and emotional regulation?

  • Evidence-backed protocols for down-shifting your nervous system in real-time

  • Group discussions digging into how our nervous system is a lens through which we experience the world.

Whether you're looking to level up your HRV metrics or simply want to cultivate a greater sense of calm and well-being in your life, this workshop is for you. So join us for a fascinating deep dive that will help you take the first step towards true nervous system mastery.
