About Event

As many of you probably know, the SEC is expected to propose new rules and reporting requirements related to human capital in 2023 - iit was on their April road map, so communication could come this summer. As many of you probably know, the SEC is expected to propose new rules and reporting requirements related to human capital in 2023 - it is on their April agenda for review. They are considering disclosures around detailed workforce demographics, pay equity, corporate board diversity, and compensation broken out by employee status (W2/1099, etc.).  These will come on the heels of evolving pay equity and pay transparency laws at the state level in the US and increasing European disclosure requirements.

For our corporate friends of Springbank, we have invited Deloitte to host a closed-door session for you to share what they believe these new rules will cover and some thoughts on how HR and finance teams can be ready with a "break glass" plan to organize and collect the data when and if they are released. It will be a Zoom session held on May 25th and will have 40 mins of presentation and Q&A followed by 20 mins of private discussion for you all amongst yourselves when Deloitte and we will leave the call so that you can compare notes etc.

This is a private invite-only event curated for you.  You are welcome to add other colleagues at your company who would like to join or recommend others from outside your company, and we are happy to add them.
