About Event

Hello L&D Shakers,

Local Hub visits Rotterdam

Please welcome our first Guest Speakers at the Local Hub Amsterdam. We have Ger Driesen & Roy de Vries joining us for the second session of the No Solutions Think Tank.

At their aNewSpring offices in Rotterdam, we will dive deeper into the possibilities of adaptive learning. It's been a buzzword in the L&D space for quite some time already. aNewSpring has been implementing adaptive learning as a learning solution for over 10 years now, and thus has a lot of experience in this area. Based on a recent research project about adaptive learning in medical mathematics, we found that adaptive learning can reduce study time with 30+%. Together, we will explore the possibilities, conditions and impact of adaptive learning for your own organisation. Combine this with a drink and a 360 view of Rotterdam's skyline and this becomes an event you don't want to miss!

This is the third session of our four-event Think Tank "No Solutions". 🔥

In these sessions, we embrace complexity without providing quick fixes. Our focus is on asking questions, exploring underlying assumptions, and nurturing curiosity. If you’ve been in L&D long enough, you know that most of our challenges can’t be solved by a few simple steps anyways.

We’ve picked several topics that seem to be some of the biggest challenges L&D is currently facing.

Here's what you can expect:

—Learning Culture

—Learning Tech with a specific focus on Adaptive Learning

—Shifting from Learning to Performance

Whether you’re a seasoned L&D professional or just starting, join us to gain a new perspective, expand your thinking and leave inspired.
