Build your own AI assistant: Create tools your clients, team or community can use
Join us for a live London workshop: Package your expertise into tools others can use
Co-hosted by Authority Club (led by business coach Ellen Donnelly) and Humble AI (founded by Mahdi Shariff), this hands-on workshop is for anyone who wants to turn their know-how into something scalable — like an AI assistant or interactive mini app others can use.
Whether you work with clients, support a community, or lead a team, you’ll learn how to build simple tools that help others take action — without needing you in the room.
What you’ll learn:
• How to frame your use case in a way that AI can support
• How to prepare training materials, documents, or data relevant to your assistant
• Writing clear, structured instructions to guide your assistant’s behaviour
• Core concepts: prompt engineering, system instructions, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• How to deploy your assistant across tools like Slack, Sheets, and web platforms
What to bring:
• A clear idea or client process you’d like to automate or scale
• A rough sense of the problem it solves
• Any documents, data, or examples that could be used to train or inform the assistant
• A rough draft of the types of instructions or questions users (i.e. your client, team or community) might ask
By the end of the session, you’ll have a working prototype of your AI assistant — and the confidence to iterate and improve it.
