​Pauline Soo leads InstantScripts, Australia’s largest telehealth provider and a part of Wesfarmers Health. With nearly three decades of experience in senior leadership and consulting roles, including positions at Teladoc Health, Datacom, and Australian Unity, Pauline brings deep industry knowledge and expertise in health and digital health. She also serves on the advisory board of Calvary Health Care (Victoria). Pauline holds a Global Executive MBA from Monash Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is set to complete a Master of Public Health and a Master of Global Health from the University of New South Wales next year. Passionate about scaling virtual care, Pauline is dedicated to driving innovation in health access, patient safety, and consumer experience.
