We'll unpack controversial proposals that stirred debate and reflect on the challenge of sustaining decentralized governance without shared values or coherence. We'll also explore the structures that make this model work — like Collectives, the Fellowship, and System Chains — and how they keep governance transparent, modular, and on-chain.
