The Wave X Sundays South Beach
The wave returns to Miami! With a residency at the legendary sagamore south beach hotel, you can catch the wave 1st and 3rd Sundays 4-6pm, making it a beautiful ritual to dance and nourish yourself before the week begins.

Trained wave embodiment facilitators have been hand selected by founder and dance therapist, Julia Grace, to bring you weekly nourishing dance, music, and mindfulness experiences to nurture you mind body and spirit for a week ahead!
The gorgeous sands of south beach is your dance floor, the waves your backdrop, with curated musical journey and facilitator guiding you into a healing dance and Mindfulness experience!
We meet ON THE SAND IN FRONT OF THE SAGAMORE HOTEL.

Important note: The wave is a journey designed very intentionally to be taken from start to finish, please plan to arrive on time and stay until the end - (think of it as you would not leave a yoga class in the middle of the class - you stay through shavassana)
In case of rain, we move under the deck by the sagamore pool.
