​FASE and We Are Stewards invite investors to an online event about the status of investing in impact driven steward-owned startups and scale-ups.

​Steward-ownership
The core of steward-ownership is that a company is mission-driven and structured ‘as if it owns itself’ - instead of owned by shareholders. More and more impact driven entrepreneurs are choosing steward-ownership. Pioneering impact funds are gaining experience in investing in steward-owned companies - paving the way for other investors to learn and join in.

​Exciting new developments!
Recently, Dutch tech platform for collective housing CrowdBuilding attracted an investment from DOEN Participaties and the Fair Capital Impact Fund. Co-founder Brian Garret and investor Marije Schasfoort will share their lessons learned. At the same time, German impact investor FASE is building ECIIF II, a leading European co-investment fund for impact ventures. The ECIIF II will provide patient capital for steward-owned companies in Europe. Due to a public guarantee from the European Investment Fund (EIF), the ECIIF II can significantly expand the universe of investable impact ventures. Co-founder Markus will share their experience and explain more about the new fund.
